What is this i saw before sunrise around 5:03 am, i captured this at 54.28° N, 48.26° E could it be some like weather balloon

**Hi everyone,** I'm posting this image to see if anyone can help identify what this object might be. **Context:** I recorded a video of a flashing/glinting object moving upward in the night sky. **Details:** The attached image is a frame-by-frame breakdown/crop of the object from that video clip. It was moving continuously upward while flickering/flashing. Has anyone seen something similar, or does anyone have an idea of what this could be (e.g., drone, satellite flare, weather balloon, etc....
