Larry Bryant was one of the genuine pioneers of UFO FOIA research and one of the good people in this field. In 1974 he wrote to the FBI asking about a 1954 Army report describing a landed UFO with beings, witnessed by Coast Guard personnel and civilians. The Army's distribution list showed the FBI had received a copy. That's the kind of detail that keeps surfacing in these declassified files.
