Jay Stratton’s Explanation for Blurry UFO Footage
In chapter 14 of his new book Out of the Shadows, he explains that UFOs create a warp bubble around their craft which distorts the spacetime around them. This creates major issues when trying to track them by radar or photograph them. Because you are taking a photo of warped spacetime. He likens it to trying to take a photo of a fish deep below the ocean’s surface from above the water. The barrier of a different environment created a distortion. Seems to make a lot of sense.
