(Serious) Why don’t aliens abduct other alien races instead of humans?

Regarding alien abductions is it possible for grey aliens for example to abduct other alien races instead of humans like the Pleidians who look more human-like? I could be wrong, but maybe the reason why aliens abduct humans instead of others alien races is because they lack the one specific thing from humans that other alien races don’t have?
