What UFO story(ies) do you hate because it has been proven fake, lack of evidence, or lack basic logic but the community still perpetuates as fact or credible?

I have two. 1. Jim Penniston’s Binary Code Message- Jim Penniston was an airman that was involved with the Rendlesham Forest incident.
