This is the video clip ( https://catalog.archives.gov/id/653628630 ) now available on the national archives website from the recent dump of FBI files there. The associated pdf also has a lot of images taken by the witness. He was interviewed by a "Task Force Officer" and an FBI agent--my favorite excerpt: "[redacted] did not take any new video or photographs because it was cold outside and he wanted to get home." submitted by /u/Connormudgeon
