Skinny Bob is the informal name for a large-headed humanoid shown in a group of videos uploaded to YouTube in 2011 by the anonymous account “ivan0135.” The clips were presented as fragments of old, secret footage and included aircraft imagery, an apparent crash scene, a seated entity, and a meeting sequence. No original film, camera negative, government file number, witness, or verifiable chain of custody accompanied the uploads.
The footage became one of the internet’s most durable grey alien cases because the figure’s blinking and small movements appeared more restrained than many obvious hoaxes. That subjective realism is not authentication. Researchers have examined frame rate, grain, scratches, motion, typography, editing, and possible source material. Some effects presented as signs of age have been matched to modern digital overlays, establishing that at least part of the “archival” appearance was added during production.
That finding does not by itself identify who created the underlying imagery or whether the figure was animation, puppetry, costume work, or a composite. It does undermine the uploader’s implied presentation of an untouched historical record. Compression and generational loss further limit fine forensic claims. As with other UFO videos, analysis is strongest when it separates visible features from provenance: a clip can remain visually intriguing while failing the documentation needed to support its story.
Skinny Bob is therefore best understood as an unresolved media artifact, not verified evidence of a non-human being. Its history illustrates how anonymity, serialized uploads, and detailed audience analysis can sustain a mystery even after manipulation is demonstrated. Coverage should track the original posts, specific technical findings, and unverified backstory without converting missing information into a government-secrecy claim. The case also belongs within media coverage of UAP, where circulation and interpretation can become more documented than the event a video claims to show.

This is gaining momentum - This channel has posted allegedly new footage from the Skinny Bob series. Various internet detectives declare that Skinny Bob and indeed these videos are Soviet in origin and that uniforms and aircraft involved support this. In this video we break down the original 2011 clips uploaded by ivan0135 (including the exact on-screen text claiming they came from old Soviet/KGB tapes of Zeta Reticuli beings), and compare them to the latest alleged Skinny Bob footage. Is the original real? Are the new videos the same entity… or something else?

For years people have been regaled with tales of humanoid, reptilians greys and other creatures like tall whites / Nordics. And told by the various talking heads about multiple crash recoveries and alien tech. What if disclosure isn’t anything like what these people have led you to expect ? To my mind most of these are complete BS with the exception of the Roswell crash. And Skinny Bob. I think Skinny Bob might be real.. The rest I think are a complete fantasy.
