The 30-day clock on ODNI’s UAP NDA-waiver memo (ES 2026-00818, signed 31 Jul) has closed for anyone who received it in early August. IC elements were to name a PURSUE designee and tell the workforce those NDAs “are no longer in force.” As of 1 Sep I cannot find a public designee list or published reporting procedures.
