Why? Dr. Eric Davis has said he'd, PUBLICLY, share all that he's learned about UFOs/UAP/NHI if the POTUS waives his NDAs. Dr. Hal Puthoff told me similar, and @TheDylanBorland has said the same if he's given immunity to speak freely. This directive does NOT allow any of that.
