Congressman Eric Burlison (MO-07) today released preliminary implementation guidance shared by the Trump administration regarding President Trump's directive concerning nondisclosure agreements (NDAs) for current and former government employees and contractors with information related to unidentified anomalous phenomena (UAP). The administration authorized Congressman Burlison's office to publicly distribute the memorandum.
