The capital's grounded relevance lies in governance—how Japan distinguishes unidentified air traffic from extraordinary claims, shares information with allies, protects classified sensor capabilities, and decides what can be released. As the policy develops, official Diet records and ministry directives provide firmer milestones than commentary about “disclosure.”

Took this photo in Tokyo at 6:46 PM on August 23rd. Do you guys think this is UAP or lens flare? It has no effects on it. Buddy of mine took a photo within a minute of mine and those 3 spots are not in his. Although it may not have been taken at the exact same angle. It looks like those spots might mirror the 3 lights on the right side of the photo.
