Fiscal Year 2025 Consolidated Annual Report on Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena
All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office14 pagesJul 20, 202626-P-08801

AARO's FY2025 report says it received 319 UAP reports and resolved 114 of them, while 191 entered an active archive for insufficient data and nine merited further analysis. It highlights an active Virginia maritime case involving about 100 airborne UAP and two likely uncrewed surface systems, 50 UAS incidents near nuclear sites that were not reported as UAP, and two unresolved reports of possible electronic or avionic interference. AARO says resolved cases were prosaic and that it found no evidence of captured or exploited UAP-derived materials.

The U.S. Department of War has released the fourth tranche of its public UAP archive, adding 100+ new videos, hundreds of documents, and new images to the growing collection of unresolved unidentified anomalous phenomena (UAP) cases. In this video, I break down the most compelling footage and discuss what it could mean. While none of these cases have been confirmed as extraterrestrial, several remain officially unresolved, making this one of the most interesting public releases to date. Featu...

The Psychological Impact of UAP/NHI Disclosure
Disclosure Foundation71 pagesJun 19, 2026

This Disclosure Foundation white paper examines how official UAP and possible NHI disclosure could affect individuals, communities, and public systems. Drawing mainly on psychology, public health, disaster response, and risk-communication research, it argues that responses would be heterogeneous and that the chief operational risk is concentrated strain on behavioral-health and support systems rather than mass panic. It recommends coordinated preparedness, scalable care capacity, transparent communication, public psychoeducation, community support, ethical safeguards, and further empirical research, while emphasizing that the UAP/NHI-specific evidence base remains limited and the ultimate disclosure scenario is unknown.

Summary: Harvard’s Dr. Avi Loeb has published an important statement on the U.S. Department of War’s second release of UFO information. In response I point out that although modern science and engineering have been transformative for Earth civilization, the scientific model might not be a good fit for UFO research. I suggest that an intelligence-counter intelligence model as originally proposed by UFO researcher Val Germann might be a better tool to investigate what are now called Unidentifie...
