Liberation Times spoke to an Air Force source who worked at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base and knew Neil McCasland. Speaking of McCasland’s reputation and their worry over his disappearance, the source stated: ‘Major General (USAF, Retired) Neil McCasland is a brilliant Aerospace Engineer and an excellent research scientist who was very well respected by all who knew him.
