Brandon D. Fugal is an American real estate developer, venture capitalist, entrepreneur, and philanthropist—among the most prominent business figures in Utah’s commercial property sector—best known today for owning Skinwalker Ranch. Born April 3, 1973, in Pleasant Grove, Utah, he left college to focus on real estate, co‐founding Coldwell Banker Commercial Advisors in 1998. After that firm was acquired in 2018 by Colliers International, he became Chairman of Colliers Utah.
