Lenval Logan is a retired U.S. Air Force intelligence analyst, former UAP Task Force member, and founder of Phenom LLC. He spent more than two decades in the Air Force, beginning as a B-52 crew chief before cross-training into intelligence work, and later continued in government-related analytical roles. Logan’s public profile has grown through his appearances in UAP-focused media, including James Fox’s documentary The Program, The Joe Rogan Experience, That UFO Podcast, Weaponized, and The Age of Disclosure.

Logan’s relevance in the UAP field comes from his claimed experience reviewing anomalous cases from inside government channels rather than approaching the subject only as an outside researcher. He has said he worked with the UAP Task Force and helped evaluate military and sensor-based reports, including cases where the available data did not fit ordinary explanations. In public interviews, he has described UAP analysis as an intelligence problem: separating weak reports from stronger cases, protecting chain of custody, comparing witness testimony against sensor records, and resisting both stigma and speculation.

Through Phenom LLC, he developed The Phenom App, a platform intended to let users document UAP, paranormal, and anomalous observations with timestamps, location data, media, and other device-based sensor information.
