Joe Murgia Summarizes Jay Stratton’s Claimed 2014 Encounter in New Memoir

The signal cluster centers on claims made by Jay Stratton, a former UAP Task Force director, in his memoir. Stratton reportedly describes a 2014 encounter at his home in Maryland where he witnessed a "tall Grey" being with a large head and small black eyes observing his son. This claim is presented through social media commentary, particularly by Joe Murgia, who highlights the encounter's details and Stratton's credibility. The account is not corroborated by independent sources and remains a personal narrative at this stage. The involvement of Dr. Hal Puthoff, who wrote the foreword of Stratton's book, is noted but does not independently verify the encounter.
