Jay Stratton Claims UAP Legacy Program Involves CIA, Air Force, DoE, and Defense Contractors

In his interview with Chris Cuomo, Jay Stratton said that an alleged UAP Legacy Program involves the CIA, U.S. Air Force, Department of Energy, and defense contractors working to recover and reverse-engineer craft he describes as non-human. He also said President Trump is unaware of the alleged program. The interview records Stratton making these statements; it does not independently establish that such a program exists, that recovered craft are non-human, or what the President knows. Social posts and reposts circulating the same interview are not independent corroboration of its underlying claims.
