PURSUE Release
EventPURSUE Release
EventHey /r/UFOB! I saw earlier today that Avi Loeb posted a poll encouraging everyone to share there thoughts on the Pentagon releases so far. According to the website it says, "Your responses will directly inform peer-reviewed research and policy recommendations regarding future government transparency on this topic." I think we as a community should check this out and make our voices heard!
In November 2021, at approximately 5:00 AM local time in a sparsely populated area of the northeastern United States, a witness observed a bright light source near the horizon (estimated distance around 2,000 feet). The light initially appeared as one intense luminous object, then resolved into multiple lights/orbs arranged in a triangle-like formation. These orbs showed erratic rotational motion relative to one another. The entire formation moved slowly from left to right. The witness record...

The Pentagon Just Released Its Third Batch of UAP Files—What Have We Learned from the PURSUE Releases So Far?
What do the Pentagon's latest releases of UAP records reveal? The Debrief takes a look at what's in the new files, what's missing, and how it relates to public attitudes toward the UAP issue.
The case (Oct 2023). Six federal law-enforcement agents, two days, near a sensitive national-security site. From the witness statements: "The bright orb-like light had a smaller red orb-like light within it… it expelled three smaller red orbs. The expulsion appeared to be mechanical." AARO deconflicted it against radar, ADS-B, and the burn-times of military flares. Their finding: "Approximately 40 percent of the reported phenomena lack a plausible explanation," and "as of June 2026, the case...
In today's PURSUE Release 03, document DOW-UAP-D080 (Narrative Statement 2, Western US Event, signed by AARO Director Kosloski) contains this, on page 4, describing the highway encounter (Incident 3): "In the video footage, I believe we say something about thinking it was going to hit us." "The video footage captures some of it, but more valuable is the audio of our reactions." THE REEL: Five Federal Agents Reported Orbs At A National Security Site. The Case Is Still Open.
Pursue Release 03 just landed. Six FBI orb videos. Three NASA tapes. One mentions an alien starbase.

Every one of the six declassified documents in PURSUE Release 02 came from a nuclear weapons facility. The largest contains the 1949 Los Alamos trip report on the green fireballs over the nuclear weapons complex. Edward Teller's verdict: "not material objects." The Pentagon put that on the official record in the middle of the 2026 cluster. 77 years later. Save this. Link below 👇

Disclosure: I work on VRAI's UAP source-control / evidence-literacy project. This is a public-records/source-control post, not event validation, object identity, origin, performance, authenticity, suppression, completeness, or agency endorsement. I am posting this here because PURSUE Release 01/02 is a useful test case for evidence classes: release availability, catalog provenance, custody, native/source-file status, public renditions, correction history, and event interpretation are differen...
Disclosure: I work on a UAP source-control / evidence-literacy project. This is a source-control note, not event validation, object identity, origin, performance, authenticity, suppression, completeness, or agency endorsement. I am posting this here because PURSUE is a useful test case for evidence classes: release availability is not the same thing as custody, native media, analysis, or event validation. My current read after the first two tranches: Release 01 is useful as a baseline for inv...
Disclosure: I work on VRAI's UAP source-control / evidence-literacy project. This is a team assessment of public PURSUE records, not event validation, object identity, origin, performance, authenticity, suppression, completeness, or agency endorsement. Short version: PURSUE Release 01 is most useful as a source-control baseline: inventory, public-source crosswalks, OCR/NARA/FBI/NASA/State provenance questions, and limits on what public records can support. PURSUE Release 02 is more about live...
