Who was in charge at AATIP?
Reading through Jay Stratton's book. Really nothing terribly new if you've read earlier books by Leslie Kean, Ross Coulthart, and Lou Elizondo. Question I have is who was in charge at AAWSAP and particularly AATIP? Lou has said he was in charge, DOD denied it, Harry Reid issued what sounded like a weak endorsement of Lou's claim, IIRC. Now, looking at Jay's book, he hardly mentions Lou. There's only a few references in the index, and one of them seems to be an error. Very odd that Lou is scar...
