This is the memo which outlines the "preliminary implementation guidance... regarding President Trump's UAP NDA directive," per @RepEricBurlison. Nothing has changed, except PUSUE is now authorized to hear it, too. All of this echoes what has been on the books about NDAs since at least 2023, and the public will (per this memo) remain in the dark.
