Doomer Friday is a weekly livestream panel show about UFO news, disclosure politics and the online culture around them, produced on the Night Shift podcast's channel and carried by its co-hosts' own shows. Its regular crew is Clint Weldon of Night Shift, Xander Jones of The Dreamland Motel, Pavel Ibarra Meda of Psicoactivo and Dan Cleary of Others From Another Mother. The show's website describes it as "part podcast, part live experience, part community experiment," devoted to conspiracy lore, geopolitical absurdity, UFO sightings and the general state of human civilization.

The website casts each host in a role: Weldon as the voice and backbone of the show, Jones as the producer behind the scenes, Ibarra Meda as the insider and Cleary as the wildcard, and it notes that not every host appears every week. Episodes stream on Night Shift's YouTube channel and also run as numbered Psicoactivo Live episodes and, when Andy McGrillen joins the panel, on That UFO Podcast. Audience participation is part of the format: viewers vote on a ten-level "Doom Meter," leave voicemails and join the live chat, and in September 2026 the crew began recruiting testers for a Doomer Friday mobile app. The designer Cole Watkins, whom Ibarra Meda describes as part of the crew, used a September 2026 episode to launch his YouTube channel Marked: The Semiotics of Ufology.

Through 2026 the panel reacted to each turn in the disclosure story. Episodes covered the government's successive releases of UFO files, including the fifth batch in August, Robert Bigelow's public statements and podcast, video appeals to President Trump by Matthew Brown, Dylan Borland, David Grusch and others, Borland's September interview with Sean Hannity, and public disputes involving Luis Elizondo. Guests included Chris Ramsay of Area 52, James Iandoli, UAP Gerb, Rob Jones and Borland himself. On May 30, 2026, the crew recorded a live edition in the podcast room at Contact in the Desert, and in June it streamed a Capitol Hill press event featuring Grusch and members of Congress.

Whistleblowers also became guests. Matthew Brown visited on September 18, 2026, and on October 2 the crew hosted United For Truth, a charity livestream of about seven and a half hours in aid of The Vanguard Enterprise, a nonprofit Brown and Borland founded to support UAP whistleblowers, with guests including George Knapp, Jeremy Corbell and James Fox.

Doomer Friday is a fan-facing commentary show rather than an investigative outlet. Its hosts react to interviews, file releases and community disputes, and its tone is openly sympathetic to the disclosure movement. Its significance in 2026 lay in pooling several independent UFO podcasts and their audiences into one weekly program that became a regular stop for whistleblowers, documentary makers and journalists active in the disclosure debate.
