I’m trying to understand what happened with the 13–17 minute 4K video showing multiple metallic/white-looking orbs, where one of the objects apparently comes out of or goes into the water. My understanding is that Rep. Anna Paulina Luna said this video was supposed to be included in one of the upcoming batches of UAP footage being released.
