Steven Cliff Bartlett, born on 26 August 1992 in Gaborone, Botswana, is a British entrepreneur, investor and broadcaster best known as host of the podcast Diary of a CEO, a long-form interview podcast he has produced since 2017. By 2023 the show was reported to have the second-largest weekly podcast audience in the United Kingdom. In 2026 it carried several episodes on UFOs, bringing figures from the disclosure movement to a large business and self-improvement audience.

Bartlett, the son of an English father and a Nigerian mother, moved with his family to Plymouth, England, at the age of two. He enrolled at Manchester Metropolitan University but left almost immediately to pursue online ventures. In 2014 he co-founded Social Chain, a Manchester social media marketing company, with Dominic McGregor. The business merged with Lumaland in 2019 to form Social Chain AG; Bartlett stepped down as chief executive in 2020, and the company entered insolvency proceedings in October 2023.

His public profile widened after the BBC announced in May 2021 that he would join Dragons' Den, making him the youngest investor in the programme's history. He wrote Happy Sexy Millionaire (2021) and a 2023 business book named after the podcast, subtitled The 33 Laws of Business and Life, and founded FlightStory, a media studio and investment fund. Bartlett has also faced criticism: the Advertising Standards Authority ruled against advertisements featuring him in 2022 and 2024, and in December 2024 the Guardian reported a BBC World Service analysis of 15 health-focused episodes of his podcast that found what it described as dangerous health claims in each.

Bartlett's UAP link is as an interviewer. On 14 May 2026 he released a conversation with physicist Hal Puthoff and filmmaker Dan Farah, director of The Age of Disclosure. Promoting it, Bartlett cited a release of 161 previously classified UAP files covering more than 400 incidents and said he still did not know what to believe, raising the skeptical point that a clear image would have emerged by now if something were out there. In the episode Puthoff said people involved in craft recoveries had told him of at least four types of nonhuman life, while acknowledging he had not had direct access himself. In October 2026 Bartlett interviewed mathematician Eric Weinstein for an episode titled "UFO Cover-Up Analyst: The Secret Alien Programs Nobody Is Talking About!"

Bartlett does not research or report on UAP himself, and he has framed his interest as uncertainty rather than belief. His importance to the subject lies in reach: his episodes carried claims about secret programs and nonhuman intelligence beyond specialist UFO podcasts and onto one of the most popular interview shows in Britain.
