Doty describes agreeing with Bennewitz’s UFO explanation as an assigned counterintelligence diversion.

Doty acknowledges using researcher Bill Moore to circulate false information in the UFO community and says he regrets the damage done to investigators and a Nevada witness.

Doty identifies Moore as an intelligence source and accepts responsibility for passing deceptive material through him.

Doty denies creating the Majestic 12 papers but says he came to regard them as counterespionage material that probably combined authentic details with false information.

Doty recounts seizing a copy from Bill Moore and later interpreting the papers as a deceptive passage document.

Doty says he observed part of the 1977 AFOSI questioning of Mario Woods at Ellsworth Air Force Base and later saw an official report that treated Woods’s encounter as genuine.

Doty places himself outside the interview room with medical records and says he later read the completed case report.

Doty alleges that a Sandia security guard’s report of a landed craft and two beings was supported by radar data, hypnosis, and a polygraph before the witness was brought into a protected program.
