Probed ingest of: He Saw Four TIC TAC UFOs - Then AARO Came Calling

Alexandro Wiggins says a low-altitude radar contact led him to the USS Jackson bridge wing, where he saw a steady light rise from the ocean.

Outside, Wiggins says he saw a steady light rise from the water. He considered ordinary possibilities, including a helicopter or equipment associated with a crane, but found them inconsistent with what he believed he was observing.

Wiggins says the first object joined three similar Tic Tac-shaped objects whose synchronized movements suggested a shared controller.

As the operator followed the first object, Wiggins says they recognized additional similar objects, eventually counting four together. He describes their movements as so synchronized that they seemed to share a controller.

Wiggins says all four objects rapidly departed together toward the coast after the released video ended, with their direction of travel still perceptible.

He carefully distinguishes what he means by near-instantaneous movement from simple disappearance: observers could perceive the direction of travel, although he found the speed difficult to describe.

Wiggins says a commercial aircraft seen shortly afterward displayed wings, a nose, and an exhaust plume that the unusual targets lacked.

When a commercial aircraft appeared roughly thirty to forty-five seconds after the objects left, he asked the operator to inspect it with the same system. According to Wiggins, its wings, nose, and propulsion signature were readily recognizable.

Wiggins says Navy leadership supported his congressional appearance and helped with his travel to Washington.

He says his chain of command assisted him when he prepared to testify before Congress, including helping with travel, and that he received support for earlier media interviews.
